Body therapy focuses on relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, restoring energy flow, and promoting deep relaxation for full-body wellness.

Facial therapy targets skin health, lymphatic drainage, facial tension, and circulation to enhance skin clarity, firmness, and natural radiance — while also promoting relaxation.

Most sessions range between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the selected treatment. This allows sufficient time for deep relaxation, therapeutic benefits, and optimal results.

Some clients experience noticeable improvements after just one session.

However, for lasting results especially for sleep improvement, stress management, or chronic tension, we recommend a series of sessions tailored to your individual needs.

Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. This allows us to prepare a personalized experience for you and ensure therapist availability.

Arrive 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to unwind. Avoid heavy meals and caffeine before your session, stay well-hydrated, and inform our therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities so we can tailor the treatment accordingly.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges, as time slots are reserved especially for you.
